Return and Refund Policy

All sales are final. The Gilded Griffin does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

The Gilded Griffin specializes in antique and vintage objects, including historic clothing, textiles, and accessories. These are unique and often irreplaceable objects whose condition and value can be affected by handling or wear after purchase. For this reason, items cannot be returned once they have been sold and shipped.

Every item is carefully examined, photographed, measured when appropriate, and described as accurately and completely as possible. Please review all photographs, descriptions, condition information, and measurements carefully before purchasing. We are happy to answer questions or provide additional information before a purchase is made.

I also invite prospective buyers to read the 49 pages of customer reviews from our recent years of selling antique and vintage objects, all of which are five-star reviews with the exception of one. I have been selling for more than 28 years and am proud of my outstanding reputation.
